Welp, this is my second jam game! This time I went for a more lore-based approach, tho it's still mostly  gameplay. The player movement and physics, aswell as the visual novel parts and logic are all coded from scratch by me! 

The enemies have an evolution system that makes them randomized, and the ones with the best damage to death ratio  get selected in the next generation to mutate, so they basically adapt to your playstyle over time, each type with their different traits and stuff. This means every player theoretically has their own personalized set of enemies, so I expect this game to be fun for most people.
As you can guess I had to limit how much every stat could evolve (The enemies got too fast at some point, that they blitzed me out of existence lmao)

You can evolve as well, by picking up power-ups.

The game has 2 different endings and a final boss, as well as an infinite mode for the tryhards.

And here are some of my coding fails and desventures :

1-[(not) URGENT]: As of now, my project can't be run in the browser due to the File Class not being available for the HTML exports, if I find a way to work around this you won't be seeing this, but damn, the core of some parts of the game is made with this class, not being able to use it is so frustrating!

2-I found a way around it, but the performance is terrible in browser anyways so play here at your own risk.  Also I decided not to erase the first part lol.

3-There's 11:30 hours till the deadline and I'm sick and sleepy, but I completed the game (mostly, it's playable at least)

4-Turns out the terrible performance was due to the Enemy AI hogging resources, I have solved this yay

5-Getting screenshots is hard ;-;
